This is why travelling across time zones shouldn't break things (for long at least) since it's a short time difference. If you also "catch up" to however far forward you went that should resolve the issues as well. Note though that you have to open a vault while a negative amount of time has passed for it to break if you move time forward then backward without opening a vault it won't know what happened. If you've done this already and are looking for a way to fix it, check out 15.4.
